This heavy duty nickle plated steel tostada fry basket holds up to 18 6" tortillas in individual vertical slots. These slots allow the hot oil to surround the entire tortilla to cook evenly and eliminate product from sticking to one another. The plastic coated handle is designed to make this basket much more user friendly.
